It’s embarrassing to have sticky breakfast tables lingering from the previous night!!! The lifts are poor, with little air circulation, making it feel congested and uncomfortable. Serious updates needed as the hotel shows signs of age!!!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay! The pool area was perfect for the kids, and the evening complimentary drinks added a lovely touch. The breakfast spread was diverse, catering to both Asian and Western tastes. We appreciated the large jacuzzi tub in our room, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

I encountered a sarcastic receptionist upon arrival, which set a bad tone for my stay. The breakfast area was filthy. Adding to the chaos, it seemed the hotel was poorly managed, with no sign of a manager around to address these issues.

The location is fantastic since you’re just a short walk from benjasiri park and also a quick subway ride to terminal 21 which makes exploring the city super easy and enjoyable. the staff are attentive and really made me feel welcome during my stay.
